By signing and submitting this form and attached content (“Work”), I confirm that I am over the age of 18 and that the work submitted here is my own and does not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright (such as "artists rights" or "music rights"), trademark, patent or any right of privacy or publicity. If the work includes an image, voice or identifiable feature of someone else, I affirm that I have received their consent and permission to use their name, image or likeness and have the right to submit it here to the South Dakota State University’s South Dakota Art Museum (“Museum”). I will maintain records to support my ownership and consent, and permissions and upon request, I will promptly provide a copy of such ownership, consent and permission to The  Museum. I further affirm that my submission is original, created by me, and has not been previously published. The Museum, its agents, officers and employees may use my Work, full name, age, location, written text, social media handles and uploaded media files (collectively, "Submission") to promote and publicize the Museum, its programs and initiatives in any medium or format now or future known perpetually and worldwide. However, as this is a nonexclusive license granted to the Museum, I retain all other rights to my Submission. The Museum may use, modify, remove, copy, make derivative works, distribute or refrain from using my Submission at any time. All reproductions and uses will acknowledge the submitter. I understand that my Submission must include a valid email address that may be used by the Museum to validate my Submission or to otherwise make inquiries about my Submission, but that my email address will not be published. By entering my Submission, I agree to receive email and communications from the Museum and I may opt-out of receiving such communications. By my submission, I authorize the above license, will indemnify and hold Museum harmless for its reliance upon this Agreement and agree that I will not receive payment for, nor inspect or approve the Museum’s use or non-use of the Work.
