Move-In Dates
  • Meet State/Move-In: August 10-19, 2020

Semester Break

Check-Out Process
  • November 25, 2020-residence halls close at 5 p.m.
  • Students needing to stay beyond November 25 will be charged for any additional nights of stay. 
    • Students can begin applying on Monday November 2, 2020 at 10:00 AM. See Break Housing information below. 
  • Students will need to sign up for a departure time (more information sent to your Jacks e-mail). 
  • Students will need to complete the checklist items that are attached to their residence hall door. 
Break Housing
  • Students can apply for housing over the winter break by logging into MyState and filling out the "Winter Break/Early Arrival 2020-2021" application. 
  • Only students with an approved reason will be granted approval to stay. Approved reasons are listed in the application. 
  • Students will be charged for any additional nights of stay. 
  • Students will only be granted Card Access for the dates listed in their application.

New Incoming Students Housing Application for Spring 2021 
  • New incoming students can apply for Spring 2021 housing starting October 13, 2020 @ 10 a.m.
  • New Incoming Students Housing Applications will close January 18, 2021 @ 5 p.m.

New Student Process

New Incoming Students Housing Application for Fall 2021/Spring 2022
  • New incoming freshmen can apply for Fall 2021 housing starting October 13, 2019 @ 10 a.m.
  • Roommate Requests will open February 1, 2021 @ 10 a.m.
  • Living-Learning-Community Applications are due by April 16, 2021 @ 5 p.m.

Living-Learning-Communities   NEW STUDENT PROCESS

Returning Students Housing Application for Fall 2021/Spring 2022
  • The housing application for Fall 2021 for incoming students will become available on January 19, 2021 @ 10 a.m.
  • Living-Learning-Community Applications are due by February 21, 2021 @ 5 p.m.
