Reserving a Campus Facility

This list is not all inclusive, but will provide you some information regarding the process to reserve certain facilities on campus.

Animal Science Arena:

  • Standard Rental Fee: $250.00
  • Balcony: $50.00
  • There will be additional charges for set-up and clean-up, dependent upon event. Will be discussed as part of the reservation process.
  • Please contact Animal & Range Sciences to reserve (688-5165)
  • You are also responsible for notifying Central Reservations (688-6127)
  • Billing handled by Animal & Range Sciences.
  • Revenue is shared by Animal & Range Sciences & Facilities & Services.

Rotunda

  • Rotunda D: $50.00
  • All other Rotunda classrooms sized 49 or under: $25
  • All other Rotunda classrooms sized 50 and over: $35
  • Contact Registrar's Office for weekday/daytime reservations (688-4121)
  • Contact Central Reservations for weekday evening, weekend or holiday scheduling (688-6127)
  • Billing handled by Facilities & Services
  • Revenue goes to Facilities & Services

 Larson Commons

  • Half day: $25.00
  • Full day: $50.00
  • Reserving Larson Commons does not include Food Service.
  • Contact Food Services to reserve. (697-2550)
  • Billing done by Food Services office.
  • Disposal of revenue: University Food Service

Doner Auditorium

  • Doner Auditorium is located in Morrill Hall
  • Performance or Event: $150.00
  • Per day for rehearsal or preparation: $75.00
  • Penalty of $25 will be charged for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to event
  • Contract Central Reservations for scheduling (688-6127)
  • Billing done by Central Reservations
  • Revenue shared by Auditorium Reimbursement Fund and Facilities & Services

Physical Education Center

  • All costs listed are either per event or day
  • Marshall HPER Center
    • Frost Arena - Main Floor Only: $750
    • Frost Arena - Activity Deck: $300
    • Foyer - per level: $50
    • Classrooms: $25
    • Ginn Trophy Room: $35
    • Crabbs Conference Room: $35
    • Natatorium - available to SDSU related groups only: $30/hour
    • Kendall Dance Studio: $150
    • Weight Room: $150
  • Intramural Fields: $200
  • Sexauer Field
    • Per school, per meet: $30
  • All other Athletic Facilities, please click here
