Project Management
Facilities & Services project management team ensures the construction process meets the programming needs of the department while retaining the operational requirements of the State. They are responsible for maintaining the project scope and schedule, staying within budget, procurement and quality control. Additionally, they assess risks in real time and keep the stakeholders informed. Typical services cover project set-up, coordination, closeout and warranty work, as well as all reporting to the BOR.
Engineering
In-house engineering staff are available to provide professional expertise, design and quality control to on campus construction projects. This includes supporting projects of all size and scope including large capital projects, maintenance and repair projects, small to mid-sized renovations and site/civil/utility projects. Services offers key oversight regarding design intent, sustainability and resource management.
Interior Design
Interior Design Services include space planning, layout, and finish selections for interior campus spaces. Space layout and finishes will comprise of functional, aesthetically pleasing, and economical design meeting campus standards for quality and durability. Our interior design team will also assist in furniture selection and procurement of furniture for classrooms, labs, offices and other campus spaces.
