The cheese box fundraiser throughout the holiday season is the Dairy Club's largest fundraiser. Thousands of pounds of cheese are cut and sold in pound packages throughout the duration of the sale. Processed cheese spread is available along with various kinds of cheese. Cheese boxes are sold in the SDSU Dairy Bar and can also be ordered online or by mail and can be shipped to any desired location.
The Dairy Club also participates in the South Dakota State Fair and several activities on campus including the Ag-Bio Bash, Hobo Days, intramural sports, Little International, National Ag Day, and Relay For Life. Members also enjoy many recreational activities from bowling to ice skating.
The Dairy Digest is an annual publication of the Dairy Club.
