The Dairy Digest is an annual publication of the Dairy Club. Released at the department scholarship and awards banquet in April, the Digest is an illustrated documentation of Dairy Club, student and departmental activities and achievements throughout the year. Published Dairy Digests are available since 1987.
The cheese box fundraiser throughout the holiday season is the Dairy Club's largest fundraiser. Thousands of pounds of cheese are cut and sold in pound packages throughout the duration of the sale. Cheese boxes are sold in the SDSU Dairy Bar and can also be ordered online or by mail and can be shipped to any desired location.
