The Emergency Management Team (EMT) is responsible for overall coordination of the university’s emergency preparedness efforts. The members of the team are:
- Tracy Greene, chair, vice president and general counsel
- Dennis Hedge, provost and vice president for academic affairs
- Michaela Willis, vice president for student affairs and enrollment management
- Michael Holbeck, vice president for finance and budget
- Daniel Scholl, vice president for research and economic development
- David Overby, vice president for technology and security
- Karyn Weber, chief of staff
- Tim Heaton, chief of university police
- Rebecca Peterson, director of housing and residential life
- Mike Lockrem, director of university marketing and communications
- Barry Mielke, associate vice president for Facilities and Services
- Jayme Trygstad, emergency management specialist
