Berg Agricultural Hall
Building Description
Berg Agricultural Hall is named in honor of former university president Sherwood Berg.
The hall houses SDSU Extension, the Plant Diagnostic Clinic, state 4-H offices, College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences, laboratories and classrooms.
Berg became the first graduate of SDSU to be named president, taking office in 1975. He served as president until 1984. Berg Agricultural Hall was built in 1953 at a cost of $980,000.
