- All videos embedded on sdstate.edu must be captioned to maintain WCAG accessibility standards.
- All SDSU related videos must be hosted on the official university YouTube channel.
- This ensures branding consistency and aids with video management.
- Send captioned videos to sdsu.socialmedia@sdstate.edu for uploading to the university YouTube channel.
- They will be reviewed for content, branding and captioning.
- Videos will be uploaded on YouTube as unlisted and a shareable link will be created.
