The minor in mental health services focuses on the field of mental health counseling and will aid students in developing skills to prepare for work in a variety of settings, including:

Mental or behavioral health centers
Addiction rehabilitation centers
Assisted living facilities or retirement homes
Correctional facilities
Residential group homes or halfway houses
