Transcripts
Transcripts contain your complete academic record including courses, grades and degrees from all Board of Regents institutions for both undergraduate and graduate degrees.
Each official transcript costs $10 plus applicable sales tax.
Transcripts may be ordered electronically (Parchment) and delivered via secure PDF (e-transcript) or standard U.S. mail. When selecting the institution to send transcripts from, select South Dakota Board of Regents.

Students unable to access student self-service may order as a former student by creating and account and verifying attendance information.

Please note: To receive an official transcript, your SDSU account must be free of financial obligations. Contact the Cashier's Office to resolve account holds.
