What you can expect on your first session
Trainer/Client Consultation - The first thing we want to do before we get into any physical training is understand you as a person. This includes understanding your goals, previous habits/activity, and address any health concerns that currently play a role in your life. Achieving an understanding of these various factors allows us to create safe and effective programming to help you reach your goals.
Personal Fitness Evaluation (PFE) - Once we have an understanding of your background and where you want to go with your fitness, we will have you complete a personal fitness evaluation that aligns with ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) standards. This evaluation will help us gauge your current fitness level. It’s important to understand this is not a competition or test, give it your best and we’ll do the rest!
Orientation – Following the PFE, we will allow you to cool down while we give you an orientation of our space and equipment. Whether you’re an experienced gym goer or brand new to fitness, we want to give you a fresh perspective on how we may utilize different pieces of equipment or space to best meet your individual needs.
Plan of action - At the conclusion of your orientation, we’ll sit down and map out where we’re going from here. This includes scheduling sessions, giving you an overview of what we have planned for your workouts, and completing the purchase process. This is where you can get excited, because the next time you meet with us, you’ll be on your way to a fitter you!
We’re excited to work with you and glad you are making the commitment to personal training, but before we can get started, you need to complete our request form. Once we receive your request form we will pair you with a client that will best fit your needs and they will reach out to you to schedule your first session. Please allow up to 5 business days for this occur as we process our request in the order in which we receive them.

10 Sessions: $175
20 Sessions: $300
One Session: $35
5 Sessions: $150
10 Sessions: $250
20 Sessions: $425
*Student rates are only available for FULL-TIME STUDENTS.
**Session cost is set and will not change based on the length of the session.
