Practical Experience
The manufacturing automation and electronics engineering technology program will prepare you for a variety of careers associated with electronic design and development, process engineering, and process automation and robotics. Our program is filled with practical laboratory and hands-on experiences which employers value. Students start by learning about basic electronic circuits and systems and then progress to more advanced topics in power distribution, electronic devices for communication, programmable logic controllers and microcontrollers, sensing and data acquisition, industrial controls and robotics.
