Gebhard to present junior recital

Levi Gebhard, a music education major at South Dakota State University, will present his junior recital at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 14, in the Oscar Larson Performing Arts Center’s Founders Recital Hall on the SDSU campus.

The Mitchell native plays the alto saxophone, and his primary instructor is Yiqun Chen.

Gebhard will perform works by composers Bernhard Heiden, Ryo Noda, Charles Ives and Darius Milhaud. He will be accompanied by Xuan Kuang and Megan Gillen.
