A spring Campus Conversations will be held May 8 from 10:30 a.m.-noon in Rotunda D. Faculty, students and staff are invited to join President Barry Dunn and Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Dennis Hedge for updates on important topics impacting the university.

Sessions on “Application of Advanced Genetic Technology in Beef Cattle” will be offered May 11-12 at the Rushmore Inn and Suites in Rapid City. The South Dakota State University West River Ag Center is co-hosting the lectureships with the King Ranch Institute for Ranch Management.
True Blues will be a first-ever SDSU alumni show where art/design graduates will be encouraged to submit work into the curated show through the month of May. A reception and silent auction will be held by the School of Design and the Staters at the Sioux Falls Design Center, 108 W 11th Street.
