Biography
In her role as a Digital Strategist, Niki:- Serves as the UMC and University lead to manage and fully utilize the capabilities of software and tools to audit and analyze the overall quality of the University website;
- Serves as the UMC and University lead and primary point of contact to plan, implement and manage personalizations on sdstate.edu to meet various clients’ marketing needs;
- Ensures implementation and optimization of search service and functions across the University website;
- Ensures identification and implementation of meta tags, keywords, overall changes, etc. in an effort to benefit the website's SEO;
- Gathers and analyzes website data and user behavior data and develops and shares reports and strategies based off of this data;
- Delivers data-driven recommendations to web editors and content managers across the University on how to improve their pages and content;
- Serves as the UMC and University lead and primary point of contact to plan, implement and manage the university’s Concept 3D interactive map.
