Biography

I am an SDSU graduate, having earned a BA in English in 1979; I minored in German and Sociology. In 1984, I earned a Masters degree in Rhetoric and Composition.

I have been teaching composition at SDSU for over over thirty years. I teach Basic Writing, Composition I and II, and a Co-Requisite Basic Writing/Composition I course. I regularly teach Technical Communication online during the summer term, and I have taught Introduction to Literature online.

I love sharing my passion for the written word while at the same time learning about my students. Every semester is a new adventure. I've found that working with students at SDSU has been rewarding beyond measure.
