  • Define the five levels of entrustability
  • Describe the evaluation process of APPE and IPPE students using EPAs and SDSU Supporting Tasks

Pharmacists and Technicians must enter their CPE ID number and their personal MM/DD– on their Verification Forms to facilitate the credit award process. Significant delays in providing this information may jeopardize credit award. Credit upload to participant eProfile accounts will occur within 14 business days.

All participants should subsequently check their NABP accounts to verify appropriate credit award.
