The dairy technology (A.S.) degree focuses on the science, technology and management of dairy production and dairy products. Students gain hands-on experience in areas such as animal health, nutrition, milk production, processing and quality assurance. With emphasis areas in dairy production and dairy products, graduates are prepared for a variety of careers in the dairy industry or can seamlessly continue into a bachelor’s degree for expanded opportunities.
