Biography
Takara Schomberg, MSN, RN, CNE, CHSE is a Certified Nurse Educator and Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator. She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing with a specialization in nursing education from South Dakota State University. Her graduate thesis work explored self-care agency and self-care practices in nursing professionals. Her nursing background includes ambulatory care, functional medicine, gerontology, and mental health nursing. Her current academic interests include mental health, simulation, self-care, and nursing education. She maintains professional memberships in several organizations on the local and national level.Education
