Academic Responsibilities

My role supports faculty and professional staff in the pre-award process for funding to support research, scholarship, and creative activity (RSCA). This includes review and editing for proposal submissions, application and submission support (e.g. preparing supplementary documents, guideline review, submission application review), and budgeting and routing support. I also serve as an Authorized Organization Representative (AOR) for submission on behalf of SDSU for grants.gov, USDA, NSF, and NIH and others. Our office also seeks training and development opportunities for our faculty & staff working in RSCA.

Committee Activities

I currently serve on the university joint governance committee for Research, Scholarship and Creative Activity (RSCA).
