Beverly Zebroski is a lifelong resident of Sully County. As a single parent, she raised six children to be active in 4-H and church and instilled a sense of duty, leadership and volunteerism in them all. She has been a member of several Extension Clubs in Sully County, living the Extension creed by "counting children the most important of crops and mothering them so that their bodies were sound, minds clear, spirits happy and characters generous." She has been a 4-H leader for 20 years, secretary of the Central South Dakota 4-H Rodeo for 10 years, co-chair of the Onida Centennial Celebration, a member of the High Plains Arts Council and member of the Sully County Fair Board.

Bev serves as the first female county commissioner in Sully County. She represents her constituents on the Central South Dakota Enhancement District, and County Extension Advisory Board. She helped coordinate the Senior Citizen's bus project, serves as a Meals on Wheels volunteer and has played an important role in the local nutrition program. She also served as vice-chair of the Onida High School/Sully Buttes High School alumni association. She is active in the Presbyterian Church.

Beverly has six children.
