Message from the Dean

Welcome to the new web site for the SDSU College of Agriculture and Biological Sciences! This site represents more than a year of planning and development and includes more than 2,000 new pages within ABS departments, the Cooperative Extension Service, and the Agricultural Experiment Station. Our web site has the most current information available on topics ranging from ABS classes to agricultural production.

And it’s just the beginning. 

Our goal is to offer you information that is current, easy to use, and highly credible. Every day, our scientists and Extension staff will add even more information. We want to be your first choice for information that is critical to life and profitability in South Dakota.
