South Dakota State University seniors Julia Bodnaruk, John Hanusa, Katie Lee and Taylor Lohan will hold their visual arts exhibition Feb. 21-24 at the Ritz Gallery in Grove Hall on the SDSU campus. They are all majoring in graphic design.
The exhibit is free and open to the public. The Ritz Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The exhibit, titled "White Space," includes graphic design works encompassing package, webpage, poster and publication designs, brand identity and typography work as well as paintings, drawings, mixed media and animations.

A closing reception for the Smithsonian Institution's traveling exhibition IndiVisible: African-Native American Lives in the Americas will be held Wednesday, February 22 at 7 pm in Archives and Special Collections on the third floor of Briggs Library. Tribal Relations Director Richie Meyers will give remarks at 7:30 pm, and a short Smithsonian film will be shown. Refreshments will be available.

Webster Faculty Lectureship will explore how the complex challenges of the 21st century require creative approaches that transcend specialized knowledge and require a liberal arts skillset including communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and perspective-taking.
