SDSU’s Wokini Initiative has partnered with Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies to create the professional development training series for SDSU faculty and staff. Regents, DOE authorize new elementary, special education programs at SDSU

The South Dakota Board of Regents approved requests by South Dakota State University on May 9 to add two new academic programs in elementary education and special education. The programs were then approved by the South Dakota Department of Education, May 22 so they may officially launch next fall.

Helder named SDSU Distinguished Engineer

Retired researcher and faculty member Dennis Helder, of Volga, has been selected as the 2023 Distinguished Engineer at South Dakota State University.
