2024 General Election
The Students' Association 2024 general election is now open!
Students' Association senators build leadership relationships and skills that improve the student experience at SDSU. During the general election, students may take out petitions and run to represent their academic colleges as a senator. To learn more about running in the general election and what it entails, view our bylaws.
To Take Out a Petition:
Students may email the Students' Association Chief of Staff in order to receive the petition packet as well as additional information.
Students are required to gather 3.5% signatures from the total population of each academic college. Once completed, the student must turn in all packets and required paperwork in order to officially run in the 2024 general election as a candidate.
