Jack's Cupboard

Who Are We?

Jack's Cupboard is the university's free, on-campus food pantry with a mission to erase financial burdens for Jackrabbits who are facing food insecurity. We have been serving students since 2018. With 29% of college students facing food insecurity at some point in their college career, our goal is simple: provide a no-questions-asked environment for students to access resources so they can be their most successful selves.

How Can WE Help?

Jack's Cupboard has specific hours of operation where students are invited to access the cupboard to get the food and resources they need without restriction. However, students are asked to only take what they will need for that week so that the cupboard is able to help all who may need to utilize it. If you need additional access or resources, please do not hesitate to reach out to Jack's Cupboard via email.

How Can YOU Help?

Jack's Cupboard prides itself on being run by students, for students. Regardless of your role, we have a variety of ways that people can assist our cupboard. A few of the ways you could help include donating food resources during our many food drives, donating your time through volunteering, or donating block meals or flex dollars through Card Services in the Student Union.

Donations of nonperishable food items are accepted at Jack's Cupboard during hours of operation, at the Housing & Residential Life Office weekdays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., in the University Student Union during hours of operation, or at the University Police Station (24/7).
