Career Exploration - Online
FOCUS 2 Career is an online tool that will empower you to make informed decisions about your major, education and career. You may access it 24/7 and use it on an ongoing basis while at SDSU. The access code is: jacks.
Drop-in Hours provide the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a career professional to discuss any career related questions you may have. Drop-in hours will be posted on our Facebook page. These events are free.

Resume & Cover Letter Reviews
Bring a copy of your document(s) for review by one of our staff members during Walk-in Hours.
Participate in an interview preparation workshop, visit us during walk-in hours or schedule an appointment for interview tips.
An internship is an opportunity for students to obtain relevant work experience. Internships can be completed throughout the year, but are typically offered over the summer months.
Contact your advisor or department internship coordinator to determine when to complete. This is your first contact for help identifying possible internships. Next, check Handshake for current opportunities. Contact the Office of Career Development if you need any additional help.
