Exhibitors
Manufacturers, publishers, distributors and retailers are invited to exhibit at our convention.
Dates: February 8-10, 2024
Elementary Festival Honor Choir – Thursday, February 8*
Instrumental Sessions - Friday, February 9 and Saturday, February 10
*Exhibits will not be open this day as there is no longer any active session, just the festival choir.
Tentative Schedule
Thursday, February 8: Evening setup from 6-9 p.m.*
Friday, February 9 - 9 a.m.–noon; 1–4 p.m.
*Help will be available for unloading and loading Thursday evening (from 6-9 p.m.) Please indicate on the enclosed form whether you will require such help.
Place: SDSU, Brookings, South Dakota
All major meetings, clinics and concerts will be held in the Oscar Larson Performing Arts Center. All exhibits will also be located in the Oscar Larson Performing Arts Center, in the Roberts Reception Hall.
Fees
$50 for the first 8’ table (or equivalent space) and $35 for each additional table or space.
Allocated space is based on one 8’ table or rack: exhibitor displays must fit within the allotted 8’ space. If two or more tables/spaces are needed, please be sure to indicate this on the application form. Checks for exhibitors should be made payable to the South Dakota In-Service Music Conference and sent with the enclosed application form to Andie Star, School of Performing Arts, Box 2830, SDSU, Brookings, SD 57007.
Space will be allocated according to the order in which applications are received.
Liability
The South Dakota In-Service Music Conference assumes no responsibility or liability for display merchandise. There will, however, be security personnel on duty twenty-four hours each day.
