The athletic training program faculty, comprised of Dr. Trevor Roiger and Dr. Mary Beth Zwart, bring more than 60 years of combined experience as clinicians and educators to South Dakota State University. We aspire to prepare engaged practitioners and contemporary leaders of athletic training and value innovation, integrity and learner-centeredness. Our mission is to cultivate a learning environment which challenges students to become reflective, professional and ethical practitioners who are dedicated to improving patients' quality of life. This mission drives us to put students first as we help them achieve their career goals.
