Architecture Career Development

SDSU Office of Career Development

Facilitating the transition from student to professional and helping students and employers connect are two goals that drive the services of the Office of Career Development. From students exploring career options and job possibilities to employers posting jobs and conducting on-campus interviews, the SDSU Office of Career Development provides help both online and in person.

Professional Resources

Architecture suggests these professional resources to assist students, parents and others as they seek to develop an understanding of the larger context for architecture education and the career pathways available to graduates of accredited degree programs.

Architecture Student Portfolios

Architecture faculty and our AIAS Chapter offer various workshops on portfolio preparation each academic year. A fourth year media and portfolio class is the culmination of several course portfolios and binders that are assigned beginning in the first year of studio.
