What is the Mindfulness Room?
The Mindfulness Room is a quiet space on campus for students to relax, reflect, and recharge.
The purpose of the Mindfulness room is to provide a warm and calming environment where students can practice effective mental health techniques such as meditation, yoga, prayer, reading, journaling, coloring, etc.
The Mindfulness Room is located in Young Hall room 145. Any SDSU student with a valid Student ID can check out a key from the Young Hall front desk to access the room. The front desk is typically open from 11:00 a.m. - midnight.

There are several amenities in the Mindfulness Room for students to utilize.
