October 21-22, 2020
We hope you will join us again this year for our annual Pharmacy Recruitment Days career fair. Please mark your calendar for Wednesday October 21 and Thursday October 22.
Pharmacy Recruitment Days is an excellent opportunity to establish a presence with the College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions and connect with our talented students. With its rich 130-year history, the College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions is recognized for excellence in preparing students to provide interprofessional care via the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) program. Our graduates are highly sought after by employers from across the country. Our Pharm.D. program is a national leader on the NAPLEX (SDSU's first-time pass rate from 2009-2019 was 99%) and has a significantly higher residency match rate compared to the national average. Pharm.D. students in their P1, P2, and P4 year are eligible to attend Pharmacy Recruitment Days.
While the nation's response to COVID-19 raises many questions for what a career fair might look like, we are committed to offering students and employers a productive and meaningful experience - whether that has us meeting face to face, virtually, or with a hybrid approach. SDSU and the College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions are continuing to work diligently to plan for our fall semester, taking CDC, state, and local guidelines into consideration.
As you are registering for Pharmacy Recruitment Days, please feel free to leave any comments you feel are important for us to know regarding preferences for how our career fair might look for you and any accommodations you might need. Ultimately, our goal is to collaborate with all of you in whatever way allows our current students and future pharmacy professionals to network and connect in a meaningful way.
Registration is already open for this year's event!
