To be a national leader in accessible and quality undergraduate and graduate nursing education, recognized across health disciplines and to prospective students, alumni and nursing leaders are innovative scholars and researchers who improve human health through strategic partnerships and inter-professional collaboration that shapes new delivery models of quality health care and nursing education.

Goal one

Achieve excellence in nursing education through transformative academic and continuing education programs.

Goal two

Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with educational entities, organizations and with state, regional and global communities.

Goal three

Foster innovation and increase research, scholarship and creative activity (RSCA) that improves and promotes health for rural and underserved populations, and advances nursing and interprofessional health education.

Goal four

Be a growing, high-performing and healthy College of Nursing.
