Guideline: The Career Progression Plan for the non-tenure track faculty member is an optional document to be discussed with the supervisor during orientation then completed by the faculty member by the end of the first semester of employment at the SDSU College of Nursing. Faculty in the lecturer track may use this plan as a guide and revise a minimum of every five years, or sooner, for ongoing professional development.
