Biography

Elijah (Eli) Kosse received his M.S. in Applied Economics from the University of Idaho and joined South Dakota State University in 2017. Before SDSU, he was a research associate at Texas Tech University and taught for a year at the University of Idaho. At SDSU, he teaches a variety of courses ranging from Principles of Microeconomics to Global Food Systems.
