Gov. Kristi Noem spoke and presented awards to top ROTC cadets at South Dakota State University during the Governor’s Day ceremony at the Sanford-Jackrabbit Athletic Complex on the SDSU campus April 13.
Receiving the Governor’s Cup as top U.S. Air Force ROTC cadet was Jared Rennich of Bedford, Massachusetts. Receiving the President’s Cup as top U.S. Army ROTC cadet was Josi Bouza of Wagner.
