Kimberly Havard has been named South Dakota State University’s Civil Service Employee of the Month for January. Havard, who serves as a facility worker at Hansen Hall, will be honored at 2 p.m.
Move-In Weekend begins at 8 a.m. with fourth-floor residents. Hundreds of Meet State volunteers will be on campus to help the students move into the residence halls.
Starbucks, connected to the Southeast University Neighborhood Apartments, is set to have a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Brookings Area Chamber of Commerce August 7 at 10 a.m.
