James D. LaPierre was appointed Regional Director in the FDIC's Kansas City Region in September 2005. He has oversight of all aspects of risk management and consumer compliance supervisory activities for the region. The Kansas City Region encompasses the states of Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Shane Phillips
Shane Phillips is an urban planner and policy expert based in Los Angeles. He is currently managing the UCLA Lewis Center Housing Initiative and teaching public policy as an adjunct instructor at the University of Southern California. Phillips previously worked as the Director of Public Policy for Central City Association, a Downtown LA advocacy organization. He writes about housing and transportation policy at Better Institutions (www.betterinstitutions.com).

D.J. Van Keuren
D.J. Van Keuren is a distinguished figure in the realm of family office real estate, recognized for his expertise and accomplishments.
