    Strive Sports Performance Training

At the South Dakota State University Wellness Center, we believe it's crucial to maximize an athlete's potential sport abilities. We target our athletes' areas for improvement and work with them accordingly. Through the background and passion of our coaches, we will do whatever it takes to help you reach the next level. Using education, commitment, and discipline, STRIVE provides the environment for athletes to achieve their goals and full potential. Our programs are specific to the individual, but derive a sense of team.

    Registered Dietitian

Every athlete has the opportunity to meet with our registered dietitian and receive nutritional information to complete their program. Our dietitian is a former SDSU athlete and understands the demands of the body and how to best fuel it.

    Wellness Center Membership

In addition to these sessions, athletes will have full access to the Wellness Center during the STRIVE program. Membership includes the track, weights, courts, pool, and group exercise classes.
