*5:30pm water aerobics will be held at the Miller Wellness Center pool from May 10-June 3. Class will then transition to the Hillcrest Aquatic Center.

Group Fitness Class Descriptions

Cardio

Kickboxing

Our kickboxing class features mixed martial arts-inspired workouts designed to slash inches off your waist, blast belly fat, and sculpt total body definition - no equipment needed.

Rhythm Ride

This cycle class is organized to challenge and push participants while providing a fun and positive environment. Movements may include pedaling on the flats, hills, acceleration drills & jumps. Get ready to ROLL!

Water Aerobics

Dynamic low-impact classes including active stretches, strengthening through the use of water resistance & high intensity aerobic component. Appropriate for all levels of participants. Do not need to know how to swim.

Cardio + Strength

Cardio, Core & More

This is a full body workout that involves cardio to increase the heart rate, and resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt, and core. Great for beginners and experts alike!

Full Body Fusion

This workout alternates cardio bursts with compound movements and core work to work the entire body. Variety of equipment used to keep the body and mind guessing what is next!

Fusion Spin

Fusion is an active fitness class that incorporates cardio and strength training with a variety of equipment. Come sweat and train to build strength, enhance cardio, and have fun!

Glutes + Guts

A class dedicated to strengthening your abs and glutes with targeted movements and cardio. Classes will focus on core strengthening to build muscles, and also target your quads and hamstrings. It’s sure to kick your butt!

H.I.I.T.

Improve your posture and build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility. May include a variety of equipment. Strength component with weights.

P90X

P90X is a total-body workout that incorporates strength training, cardio, core work, and flexibility. This program uses challenging workouts to help you beat plateaus with a variety of workouts.

Training + Toning

Come and get your sweat on with Training and Toning. This class targets and tones specific muscle groups using body weight exercises or equipment. All while incorporating exercises and movements that keep your heart rate pumping.

Mind & Body

Fit Flow Yoga

Whether you are training for a sport of everyday life, this class offers a unique and challenging blend of yoga flows and series. Fit Flow Yoga will build strength, enhance flexibility and sculpt body tone.

Pilates

Pilates is a full mind/body conditioning program comprised of a series of several specifically designed movements performed on a mat and/or using various exercise equipment. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control, and muscular symmetry.

PiYo

PiYo is a unique blend of strength training and core conditioning - a perfect combination of Pilates and yoga set to vibrant music. It is all about energy, power, and rhythm. This is unlike anything you've ever done before. If there is one class that can change your body, this is it!

SilverSneakers(R) Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities for daily living. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

SilverSneakers(R) Stability

The movements taught focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. A chair may be used for balance and support.

Vinyasa Yoga

Experience the joy of movement and the bliss of a peaceful mind. This flowing yoga class links poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance in a fitness format for everybody and every BODY.

Strength

2BFit

For beginner and novice exercisers. Focuses on strength, balance and flexibility by incorporating stretching and strengthening exercises using various forms of resistance.

Body Sculpt

Improve your posture and build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility. May include a variety of equipment. Strength component with weights.

Core Power

Targeting your abdominal muscles, Core Power incorporates exercises and movements that engage and specifically target your core; all in one quick 30-minute class

PaddleEx

PaddleEx is a fun and entertaining group fitness class that takes place in the pool on top of a paddleboard as you go through simple exercises that focus on balance, stabilization, and strength. Lifeguards are present, but participants should be able to swim because falls may occur. 
Class capacity is 10, pre-registration is required.

Beginner Bootcamp

Beginner Bootcamp is a wellness program that will get you fit and provide you with a new social network. Meet your goals and build healthy habits each week with a group workout and leave with inspiration to continue individual workouts.

Weekend Warrior

Weekend Warrior is a rotating fitness class that includes Cardio, Mind & Body, Strength, and mixed Group Fitness. Check the posted schedule for rotating class formats.
