There are multiple resources on campus students can use to maintain in good-standing with their academics.
The American Indian Student Center is a great place for Native American students to find support such as tutoring, advisors, etc.
The American Indian Science and Engineering Society helps Native American students explore Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (S.T.E.M.) fields on a regional and national level. Students can be as involved as they feel and are introduced to a greater network of Native Americans in STEM fields.
The Wintrode Student Success Center has a variety of support specific to South Dakota State University. The center helps students create program plans, find great tutors, learn about their majors, and connect with peer mentors.
