How to Add a Blog Post

Steps to Add a Blog Post

1. Log in to sdstate.edu.
2. Click on Content under Workbench.
3. Click Add Content.
4. Click Article.
5. Fill in Title and Author.
6. Choose your Blog Category.
7. Add Summary, which shows up on the listing page with other blogs.
8. Fill in Body with text, images and videos as you wish.
9. Add Tags.
10. Saving the page: From dropdown next to "Change to:" choose one of the following statuses:
    1. Ready to Review: If it is ready to be published.
    2. In progress: If you want to hold on publishing or are still editing.

Important Considerations

You must reach out to websupport for initial blog landing page set up.
Make sure you choose your blog category in the drop down for it to show on your particular blog.
