I was born and raised in West Central (Madison, MN) and consider myself to be a “small town boy.”
I began practicing as a mental health professional in 1995 and have experience helping people manage a variety of life challenges including anxiety, depression, attention-deficit disorder (ADD and ADHD) and relationship issues.
My approach begins with learning about you and your situation and is guided by the belief that you are the world’s best expert on yourself and the belief that your strengths, abilities and experience are important resources in helping you move forward. I try to ask the kind of questions that will help you bring those strengths forward.
