Student Mini-Grant Reports
SDView mini-grants were awarded to two South Dakota State University graduate students in July 2104. The mini-grant awarded to Byron Will-Noel was used to purchase software and a light-weight digital camera that were used for the development of five laboratory exercises for the Air Photo Interpretation course taught in the SDSU Department of Geography. Esther Mosase used her award to purchase GeoEye high-resolution imagery in support of a project involving the mapping and estimation of water storage capacity of small water bodies in the Limpopo River Basin in southern Africa.
