Join the museum and the Brookings Farmers Market for our fifth annual Frost Fest Farmers Market!  Held during Brookings’ Frost Fest, we will have a variety of vendors selling their products – last year we had fresh produce, baked goods, canned items, fresh coffee and smoothies, handmade items and much more!

We are no longer accepting vendor applications.

Vendors for this year include:

  1. Thaden Family Donuts: pre-packaged homemade old fashioned cake donuts (buttermilk and applesauce cinnamon).
  2. Larson's Country Rainbow: jams and jellies, breads and some vegetables.
  3. Harvest Soap Company: handmade soaps, candles, body butter, lip balms, shower steamers, bath soaks, sugar scrubs and soap savers.
  4. Little Prairie Coffee Company: handcrafted espresso drinks (lattes, americanos, caramel macchiatos, etc.) as well as chai, hot chocolate, Italian sodas, etc.
  5. Echo Market: handmade candles and lotions.
  6. The Farmhouse Table: classic and seasonal sweet treats, breakfast breads, cinnamon rolls, savory snacks and herb rolls.
  7. Horak Homestead: lamb meat, pickles, relish, sauerkraut and tomato soup.
  8. Emilia Rose Artwork: original watercolor paintings put onto greeting cards, stickers, art prints and magnets.
  9. Little Shire Farm: honey, infused honey, nut butters (NEW), vanilla extract, beeswax candles and other beeswax products.
  10. Golden Era Farms: mangalitsa pork (organically raised), natural soaps, candles and gift boxes.
  11. Greene Beans Co.: jewelry.
  12. SoDak Greens: microgreens, various lettuces, various herbs, potentially mushrooms and pak choi.
  13. Jorgenson Kraut & Pickles: homemade canned sauerkraut, spicy dill spears and uber hot chunks.
  14. Broken Bone Treats: dog treats.
  15. BS Spices & Rubs: seasonings and dips.
  16. Bear Jams: jam.
  17. Dakota Community Market: informational booth for a cooperative grocery store we are working towards.
  18. Battle Creek Farms: eggs, soap and jewelry.
  19. Al's Beads: jewelry (necklaces, bracelets and keychains).
  20. Abundant Creations: quilts, hats, bracelets, and other items made out of yarn or fabric
  21. Fairacre Farm: honey, beeswax handcream, jam, beeswax candles and miscellaneous baked goods.
  22. Do-OverS! Eclectic Jewelry & Crafts by Shelleen: handmade jewelry and crafts from recycled materials (spoon jewelry, coin jewelry, fork ornaments and earrings).
  23. Svec Farm: beef, lamb, eggs, baked goods, plants, candles, gifts, etc.
  24. Family Tree Treasure: mirrors, magic wand, jewelry, candles, pretzels.
  25. Deer Creek Alpacas: alpaca products including yarn, dryer balls, handmade items, coasters, pressing mats, insoles and snowflake trivets.
  26. Perry's Raw Honey: raw honey.
  27. Lauren's Crochet: crocheted animals and objects.
  28. PaperPie: children's books and educational tools.
  29. Brookings Fiberworks Guild: fiber demonstrations.
