Event Details

Get ready for Warrior Wellness Week – a week dedicated to mental health, wellness & self-care. Warrior Wellness Week is a campus wide event that brings together student leaders, campus partners and community organizations to promote overall well-being. The week will kick off on Monday, March 15 with events being offered both in-person and virtually. A different dimension of wellness will be featured each day during the week with programs designed to empower participants to be proactive in caring for themselves and others. Check out the schedule of events below and get ready to be your own wellness warrior!

Join HEROH for a 5k Fun Run/Walk. Race starts near the east entrance of the Miller Wellness Center.

Check-in begins at 9:30, race begins at 10:00 a.m.

$10 pre-registration or $15 day-off entry fee, all proceeds to Children's Miracle Network through State-A-Thon.
