Join us for a reception to celebrate the Center for American Indian Research and Native Studies (CAIRNS) exhibit, Articles of a Treat: An Educational Art Exhibit about the 1868 Fort Laramie Treaty. Meet artists, writers and musicians who created works for this exhibition as well as exhibit curator, Dr. Craig Howe. Light appetizers and refreshments will be served throughout the reception; the program featuring Dr. Howe begins at 5:45.
This reception is free and open to everyone!
Parking is always available without a pass in the Museum's reserved parking just west of the Museum on Harvey Dunn Street (in front of Scobey Hall) and on the street. University parking lots are also open without a pass after 4:00 (in front of West Hall on Harvey Dunn St. and behind Scobey Hall). Handicapped parking is available on the north side of Harvey Dunn St. just west of Medary Ave. and in the Art Museum parking lot.
