Early Alert Training

Event Details

SDSU utilizes early alert in select courses to facilitate communication between faculty, staff and students in an effort to promote student success and retention.

Early alert training is required for all faculty teaching an Early Alert course (Early Alert Course list) who have not had training in over a year; however, faculty who have attended a training session within in the past year are also welcome to attend. Training is open to any faculty member who plans to use early alert in their course(s). The training sessions will emphasize effective early alert strategies and a demonstration of ConnectState's early alert functions. Faculty are encouraged to attend their college-specific session but can attend any session.
