Tie Rag Rug Class

Tie rag rug examples

Event Details

Join museum director Gwen McCausland to learn how to make a classic tie rag rug. The cost of this class is $20 for members and $25 for non-members. Participants must bring their own fabric (pre-cut your own fabric strips to be 3-4" by 1" - light weight fabrics work the best) and cutting materials (scissors). Each participant will receive a frame used to create their rug that will be yours to keep after the class.

Our Tie Rag Rug class is officially FULL!  We are taking wait list names in case someone cancels.  Thanks for supporting the museum and filling so many classes this fall!
