Experience the joy of giving while supporting wellness @ Jack’s Cupboard (student food pantry)!

Healthier Food Item Donation Suggestions:

Grains  100% Whole Grain Bread, Flatbread, Tortillas and Pasta, Breakfast Cereal (whole grain & low sugar)

Oatmeal (low or no added sugar), Brown Rice, Quinoa    

Dairy  Lowfat or Non-Fat Shelf Stable Milk (evaporated or powdered milk)

Fruits Canned Fruits (No Added Sugar, Packed in Water or 100% Fruit Juice), Dried Fruits

Vegetables  Canned Vegetables (Low Sodium or No Salt Added)

Proteins  Peanut or other Nut Butters, Canned Tuna or Chicken (packed in water), Nuts & Seeds (Low Sodium or Lightly Salted)

(Green Beans, Corn, Pinto, Kidney and Black Beans are in surplus at Jack’s Cupboard so other types of veggies are appreciated!)

Donations are accepted any time at the University Police Department, during office hours at Caldwell Hall or during Jack’s Cupboard open hours. NO ITEMS REQUIRING REFRIGERATION PLEASE! Monetary donations can be accepted at Card Services in the Student Union.

Jacks’s Cupboard Hours: 3:30 -6:30 on Wednesdays & Thursdays

Any students with a valid SDSU student ID are welcome at Jack’s Cupboard.
